Consultants who join TechniPros are selected through a rigorous series of selection processes, which ensures quality intake. Experienced professionals are assigned to one particular unit, depending on their past experience and expertise and they are imparted the Emerging technology training. In addition to getting them familiarized with the processes and methods being followed, organization-wide as well as within the Unit they are in. Their orientation period varies from 1 to 3 months, depending on their previous experience of the consultant concerned.
TechniPros understands that user training is an essential, yet vital part of delivery and support of any software. Training, hence is a part of the delivery processes that we have carefully build up in the organization. Typically, the training imparted to users will be classified into 2 types.
Operation Training is basically to make the users understand the requirements & nuances of operation of the software delivered & implemented.
This will be done by regular handholding while the users start test operation on the software and also by classroom sessions.
Demo databases will be created for the users, for an effective operational training and this will form an essential part of the project delivery. Technology Training will be regular classroom (with hands on ) sessions conducted for the benefit of the users, in areas where, the Extended Technology Facility, feels that, such training is going to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the user.
